The Ratchet Man Shifter has two sticks. The first stick is like a factory dentent shifter.
The second stick is the ratchet stick.
And the 3rd is a universal 4x4 stick for transfer cases.
The shfter takes two cables.
The owner must do the fabrication to make the 4x4 stick work down at the transfer case.
The +/- stick is 11"from the floor the top of the knob.
